Dubai Land Department (DLD) says it will host the fourth edition of its Real Estate Day for Emirati Employment on Thursday, 29 October 2026, at Address Sky View Hotel in Dubai.
According to the announcement dated 21 October 2026, the event will be held in partnership with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis), and the Emirati Human Resources Development Council. DLD said companies operating across the real estate sector will take part.
The department said the programme is designed to expand employment opportunities for UAE nationals and increase Emirati participation across a range of real estate fields and specialisations. It described the event as a platform for direct engagement between Emirati talent and participating companies, aimed at helping jobseekers, students and graduates understand available roles, role requirements, and professional pathways for long-term career development in the sector.
Employment programme milestones
DLD also linked the initiative to outcomes from the Real Estate Empowerment Programme. In its statement, the department said the programme helped create more than 2,100 employment opportunities for UAE nationals between 2023 and 2026 through collaboration between government entities supporting Emiratisation and private-sector companies.
The announcement added that DLD intends to continue strengthening the attraction and development of national talent across the real estate sector and broaden Emirati participation in specialised roles.
Alignment with Dubai strategies
DLD said the efforts support the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, which it described as placing human capital and sector competitiveness at the centre of sustainable economic growth.
DLD invited Emirati jobseekers, including students and graduates, to attend the event and engage directly with participating companies to explore career opportunities across the real estate sector.
