Al Ansari Exchange, a subsidiary of Al Ansari Financial Services PJSC (DFM: ALANSARI), has renewed its Gold Sponsorship partnership with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), extending a collaboration focused on labour market excellence and national programmes, the companies said.
In a statement dated 4 November 2026, Al Ansari Exchange said the renewed agreement will see it sponsor the Emirates Labour Market Award and contribute towards the award’s prize fund. The Emirates Labour Market Award is described by the company as a national platform that recognises companies and individuals whose practices, in its view, advance the competitiveness and sustainability of the UAE labour market.
Al Ansari Exchange also said it will take part in key MOHRE events throughout the year, providing prizes and giveaways for members of the workforce. The statement says the renewed activity builds on a previous arrangement that included sponsorship of the labour market award and participation in community events organised by MOHRE.
MOHRE official links renewal to public-private collaboration
H.E. Mohammed Saqer Al Nuaimi, Assistant Undersecretary of the Support Services Affairs Sector at MOHRE, said the renewal reflects what he called the value of collaboration between public and private sectors in advancing labour market excellence. He added that Al Ansari Exchange’s contribution, according to the statement, is intended to help recognise outstanding practices, strengthen worker engagement and enhance the reach of the Ministry’s national programmes.
The MOHRE official also said the partnership supports efforts to sustain the UAE labour market’s position globally and reinforce the country’s standing as a destination for living, working and investing, referencing the objectives of “We the UAE 2031”.
Al Ansari Exchange highlights workforce engagement
Ali Al Najjar, Chief Executive Officer of Al Ansari Exchange, said the renewed sponsorship reflects the company’s relationship with the UAE’s workforce. He said the company will contribute to programmes that, in the statement’s wording, recognise achievement, promote responsible employment practices and engage workers across the country.
Al Najjar also described Al Ansari Exchange as a financial services provider with a national presence and said the company values accessibility and community participation. He added that the renewal will build on what the company said was impact achieved during the previous year.
Role in labour market services
According to the statement, the collaboration aligns with Al Ansari Exchange’s broader role in the UAE labour market, including its payroll and Wage Protection System services, as well as its branch network and digital financial channels.
