Middle East business advisory and growth firm TTE has announced a partnership with the French creative agency R2 aimed at supporting brand development and digital marketing work for companies across the region.
According to the statement, the partnership was announced in Dubai and was attended by Jan-Christophe Paris, Consul General of France in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
TTE to establish a new marketing and branding business unit
TTE said it is expanding its services in the United Arab Emirates with the launch of a fifth business unit focused on digital marketing and brand building. The company described its overall operating structure as five business units: ENGAGE (project management and growth), ESTABLISH (corporate services), OPERATE (accounting and compliance), BUILD (human resources and talent), and the newly introduced unit for marketing and brand-related work.
TTE said its partnership with R2 is intended to strengthen R2’s presence in Dubai and enable expansion across the Middle East via TTE’s operations and regional networks.
Services: positioning, identity, campaigns and digital platforms
The announcement states that the two firms will work together to support companies throughout growth stages, from commercial ambition to expressing brand identity in market. The services listed include positioning, corporate identity, communication strategy, advertising, content, digital platforms and social media.
It also says the combined approach is designed for regional businesses looking to strengthen brand visibility, international companies entering new markets, and established firms aiming to refresh their presence. TTE said it will bring regional market knowledge and relationships in markets including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, while R2 will contribute specialized multi-disciplinary teams and international execution experience.
R2 expands via a regional partner
R2 described the Middle East as a “natural next step” in its international development, stating that TTE’s regional experience and trusted networks are expected to accelerate R2’s growth in the region.
The company attributed statements to R2 chief executive Richard Rouhó, who said the partnership reflects mutual commitment and that market entry requires more than exporting ideas, including local understanding and the right team on the ground.
TTE partners also commented on the rationale for the arrangement. TTE’s partner Jean-Pierre Labrie said the next phase of TTE’s journey focuses on how businesses position themselves, tell their stories and communicate with audiences, adding that R2 is expected to provide international creative strategy and execution while TTE supplies regional presence.
TTE founder and partner Hassan Al-Reda said the company’s work has long been based on long-term relationships and deep understanding of the region, describing the new business unit as an extension of its capabilities.
TTE regional director Rami Khalifa said clients do not only need separate services, but a single integrated vision that connects business priorities, brand positioning and digital presence, according to the statement.
A long-term integration of capabilities
The press release framed the effort as a coordinated expansion, with TTE moving toward a broader growth-partner role accompanied by the updated business-unit structure, and R2 extending its regional reach through the partnership.
For background, the statement described TTE as an advisory and growth partner in the Middle East with offices in Dubai, Riyadh and Cairo, and R2 as an award-winning independent European agency specializing in strategy, creativity and digital solutions.
