Salesforce says monthly usage of Agentforce Coworker has increased 21-fold in three months, with the service now supporting more than 185,000 users worldwide. The company outlined the figures in a UAE-focused announcement alongside new integrations and a US$50 per-user, per-month pricing option.
The growth figures refer to global adoption. In the regional announcement, dated November 4, Salesforce linked the expansion to demand from UAE organizations for AI systems that can handle business assignments within existing governance controls.
From AI assistance to delegated work
Agentforce Coworker is designed to help employees assign multi-step business tasks through a single interface. According to Salesforce, it plans the steps, coordinates specialized agents and workflows, and returns results and recommended actions for review and approval.
The product draws on Salesforce records and Data 360, including information about accounts, sales pipelines, customer cases and contracts. Salesforce says it operates within an organization’s existing permissions, business rules and security framework.
The company named The Adecco Group, Accenture, Fulton Bank and BACA Systems among enterprises using Coworker across their teams.
“Business leaders in the UAE no longer ask whether AI works. They ask how fast it can be trusted with real work, under real governance, at real scale,” said Mohammed Alkhotani, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Salesforce Middle East.
Alkhotani said the product’s use of existing business context and controls could support adoption across sectors including government services, banking, retail and aviation.
Connections to everyday business tools
The expansion brings Coworker into more of the software employees use during their working day. Google Workspace connectivity allows it to draw on additional business information, while Microsoft Teams integration is intended to let users delegate assignments without leaving a conversation.
New mobile and desktop applications will support work across iOS, Mac and Windows. Conversation History lets employees return to an assignment with its context preserved, while Skills turns an established workflow into a reusable request that can be shared with colleagues.
A Coworker MCP server is also planned to extend connectivity to additional data sources.
Pricing and rollout
Salesforce introduced a pricing option of US$50 per user per month. The company said the model gives enterprise finance and technology teams a more predictable way to budget as adoption expands.
According to the UAE release, Google Workspace connectivity, History, Skills and the per-user pricing option are available now. Microsoft Teams support, iOS and desktop applications, Microsoft 365 connectivity and the MCP server are scheduled for November 2026.
Daily Digest and scheduled tasks are expected in December 2026. These features are intended to help users review priorities and delegate recurring assignments.
The announcement places enterprise AI adoption in the context of the UAE’s broader digital transformation. The reported usage figures measure activity on Salesforce’s service, while the release presents the regional opportunity through its Middle East leadership.
