Altcoin Rally Lifts Humanity, Worldcoin, Fet, And Venice Token

Cryptocurrency markets resumed a weekend rally, led by AI-focused tokens Humanity Protocol, Worldcoin, Fetch.ai (FET) and Venice Token. Data shows these assets posted sizable gains, helping lift the broader crypto market cap modestly as risk sentiment improved.

According to market data, Humanity Protocol’s token rose to $0.40, its highest level since October last year, marking roughly a 750% advance from its year-to-date low. Worldcoin traded at $0.3458, up about 52% from its low this year. FET traded at $0.2752, its strongest since January and about 107% above its year-to-date trough. Venice Token climbed to $17.92, a gain of more than 1,500% from December lows. Collectively, these gains helped lift the AI-themed segment and contributed to a broader uptick in market activity.

Other notable movers included Binance Coin (BNB), PancakeSwap (CAKE), Aster (ASTER) and Midnight (NIGHT). With these moves, the total crypto market capitalization rose more than 1% to about $2.51 trillion.

    Key takeaways

    • Price move: Humanity Protocol to $0.40; Worldcoin to $0.3458; FET to $0.2752; Venice Token to $17.92; overall AI-token cohort rose sharply.
    • Catalyst: AI rally linked to risk-on sentiment and expectations around major AI-related IPOs and listings.
    • Implication: Broad-based uplift for crypto risk assets amid improving macro tone, though notable headwinds remain from ETF outflows and regulatory considerations.

    What drove the move

The rally appears rooted in a renewed risk-on bid across asset markets, with AI themes fueling appetite for growth-oriented assets in both crypto and equities. The same AI narrative has helped push major stock indices higher, as investors rotate into technology and machine-learning plays that could benefit from advancing AI adoption. In the crypto space, investors are chasing tokens tied to artificial intelligence and automation as part of a broader flow into innovative crypto assets.

Supportive chatter around high-profile AI-related IPOs also framed the backdrop. SpaceX, owner of xAI and the parent company of Twitter and Grok, has been discussed as preparing for a potentially large public offering in June, with a valuation cited around $1.78 trillion. OpenAI, the maker of ChatGPT, is planning a public listing in the coming months that could exceed a $1 trillion valuation. Anthropic, the creator of Claude, recently raised funds at a valuation reported near $900 billion, reinforcing the AI-led issuance narrative and the flow of capital into AI-focused entities.

    Market reaction

The AI rally has translated into broader market strength, with equities also benefiting from the mood shift. The S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 moved toward records as tech and AI-oriented leaders drew demand. In the crypto sector, the gains of the AI cohort helped buoy sentiment, though performance remained uneven across broader markets as participants weigh liquidity and regulatory factors.

Within the storage and semiconductor space, notable stock moves underscored the AI-driven theme. SanDisk (SNDK) has surged about 600% year-to-date, while Micron (MU), Seagate (STX) and Western Digital (WDC) have advanced more than 200% each over the same period.

    Bigger picture

Macro factors continued to shape the price action. Signs of progress toward a ceasefire-extension agreement between the United States and Iran contributed to a risk-on stance, pressuring Brent crude oil lower to around $92 per barrel from a high near $126, while West Texas Intermediate also declined. Bond markets followed suit, with the 10-year U.S. Treasury yield easing to roughly 4.43% from about 4.68%, fueling speculation that the Federal Reserve may hold rates steady for the rest of the year. The U.S. dollar softened, with the dollar index slipping to about 98.66 from the month’s high near 99.20.

Despite the upbeat tone, risks remain for the rally. The crypto market still faces potential headwinds from asset flows and regulatory developments. Bitcoin and Ethereum exposure through ETFs continued to see outflows this month, with Bitcoin ETFs shedding more than $2.4 billion and Ethereum-related products down by roughly $500 million. Traders are monitoring how these flows interact with the AI-driven narrative and whether momentum can be sustained amid evolving macro and policy signals.

Investors should watch upcoming earnings from AI-related technology firms, evolving guidance on Federal Reserve policy, and the cadence of AI-focused IPOs that could sustain or alter risk appetite. In the near term, further shifts in macro data and regulatory developments could set the tone for the next leg of the AI and crypto rally.
