Al Ghurair Mobility, the exclusive dealer for EXEED in the UAE, has opened its first EXEED showroom and service centre in Sharjah. The launch adds a new retail and after-sales hub in the Northern Emirates, positioning the brand to serve customers looking for both conventional SUV models and New Energy Vehicle options.

Sharjah showroom and service centre expands EXEED’s UAE footprint

The new facility marks EXEED’s sixth location in the country. Until now, Al Ghurair Mobility had established two showrooms in Dubai, two in Abu Dhabi, and one in Ras Al Khaimah, creating a multi-emirate distribution network. With the Sharjah site now operational, the dealer is extending the company’s “full ownership experience” closer to customers across a wider geography, particularly in areas outside the major metropolitan corridors.

The showroom is located on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed street. It is designed as a 3S-style format, combining vehicle sales and an integrated service centre on-site, with after-sales support intended to be available from the time customers purchase or take delivery.

Model range includes both SUVs and plug-in hybrid variants

Inside the Sharjah showroom, Al Ghurair Mobility is presenting EXEED’s complete model range. The conventional lineup includes the RX, TXL, VX, and LX SUVs. In parallel, the site is also showcasing EXEED’s New Energy Vehicle range, including the RX PHEV, VX PHEV, ES, and ET.

For auto retailers, the inclusion of New Energy Vehicles alongside internal combustion or hybrid-adjacent models is now a practical necessity rather than a niche offer. It reflects how consumer demand in the region is evolving, and how dealerships are increasingly expected to handle sales, servicing readiness, and parts logistics for electrified platforms.

Why after-sales coverage matters for New Energy vehicles

While showrooms remain a key customer touchpoint, the service element is often where expansion plans are tested. New Energy Vehicles typically introduce different maintenance intervals, diagnostic requirements, and supply chains for specialized components compared with traditional vehicles. By pairing the sales floor with an integrated service centre, the dealer is signaling that it wants to reduce friction between purchase decisions and ongoing ownership support.

In the announcement, EXEED UAE’s leadership framed the Sharjah facility as part of a broader push to establish the brand across the Northern Emirates, where the company is targeting customers it describes as “discerning.” The service centre emphasis is particularly relevant for customers in markets where convenience, response times, and long-term support influence brand choice.

    Operating hours and location details

The company says the EXEED Sharjah showroom is open during the following hours: Saturday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday, 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Prospective customers can visit the site during operating hours or contact the dealer for more information.

UAE market context, dealership strategy, and next steps

Automotive distribution in the UAE is increasingly shaped by two factors: the expansion of retail networks into additional emirates, and the parallel growth of electrified vehicle categories. As brands broaden their presence beyond a single geography, dealers must invest not only in display space but also in workforce capability, technical tooling, and service workflows that can support multiple vehicle families.

The Sharjah opening suggests EXEED is treating the Northern Emirates as an ongoing growth priority, rather than a secondary market. The company also indicated that more model launches are planned, which would likely increase the importance of scalable servicing and parts readiness as the lineup expands.

    What to watch

    • Service capacity: Whether the new service centre can maintain turnaround times as New Energy Vehicle demand grows.
    • Parts and diagnostics: Availability and speed for specialized components and testing for electrified platforms.
    • Dealer network expansion: Further openings in the UAE if EXEED continues to scale across remaining high-demand areas.

For now, Al Ghurair Mobility’s Sharjah launch is a clear step in consolidating sales and after-sales operations under one roof, while extending EXEED’s coverage to a market with its own distinct customer base within the UAE.
